Beam me up Scotty

Just when you thought you could start building in earnest.  Our second semi full of bits arrived this morning at 8:00 with some very large pieces. My buddy Wayne was here with the smaller of the trucks from 108 building supply. We were a little worried that we couldn't get it all off but three hours later we were done. Since the pour is finished and the pumper won't need to get at the house again I had Wayne unstack the lifts of lumber that were up at the site.  We also set in place the main beam for under the great room to support floor joists.  Ken and his young helper are now on site to help get this done. Here are a couple of pictures of the mighty beam.  We are going to blitz the floor joists while we still have the scaffolding.
