Len wanted to get the deck finished before the wet weather comes so he went at it all weekend. By Sunday evening it was all done except where the hot tub will go. Looks good too.

Cath took on her own little project - to build the supporting wall where the hot tub will go. She got the bricks from the lumber yard, unloaded each and every one, leveled, stacked and packed the bricks. Looks pretty good.

Then Len added gravel and put in the support pads. Ready for the wood support to be built Monday.

The last job of the day was to sweep and clean the deck and take a stab at arranging the furniture.
We put the chairs under the covered deck in case of rain. Easy to move them out into the sun if needed.

Cath is off to Halifax for the week and so Len and Banjo are on their own. No doubt much work will be accomplished.
